When you head off to work in the morning it can be easy to put your head down and ignore the people around you. Just trudging through the day without thinking about the people in your office or life who might be struggling to feel like you notice their hard work. Take a quick minute to tell someone what they are the best at. How do they always shine bright? It’s a quick and easy way to make anyone feel a whole lot better about life.

There is usually at least one person who saves the day. Call them out by name! If there is someone in your life who is stepping up, helping out, saving your day when you need it most, this is an excellent opportunity to compliment them on that behavior!
