Cinema La Placita
Every summer you can head over to the courtyard of the Pima County Courthouse for movies under the stars. Thursdays at 7:30 is showtime and you can watch a classic film. Most movies are family friendly but we always recommend that you check ahead of time to be sure it’s something you’re happy with. The price is only $3 and for that price you also get some popcorn!

Cox Communications Movies in The Park
Alternating Fridays during the summer months you can enjoy a free movie in the park courtesy of Cox Communications. The movies start at dusk at the Demeester Performing Arts Pavilion. The videos are free to enjoy and visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Once at the park, you can get popcorn, soda, food, and more. There are even activities before the movie like live music, bouncy castles, arts, and crafts!
